Happy Fungasm Friday!
The past week was very productive for us here at Fungasm Press and I wanted to take a minute to share a little from our booze and slurpee fueled adventures.
Between AWP and the horror convention Days of the Dead LA in Burbank, the state of California got a lot weirder last weekend. More than 20 writers of Bizarro fiction were in Los Angeles last weekend and thanks to a mass signing at Dark Delicacies on Sunday I got to hang around smoking cigarettes and bullshitting with Cody Goodfellow and Michael Kazepis. (you should try it some time, very informative)
Autumn wrote a really nice post that wraps up the weekend pretty perfectly.

But enough about the past.
Laura Lee Bahr has a book release party coming up on the 29th of April for her new book Long-Form Religious Porn. For those of you who don’t know, Laura is one of the sweetest humans to ever walk on the face of this earth. Living in Portland is usually great. But in this situation it stinks because I won’t be able to attend this event. But YOU should totally be there.

And LAST but most definitely not least…Mr. John Skipp and his famous bongos will be performing tonight in accompaniment with the one and only Slow Poisoner, Mr. Andrew Goldfarb TONIGHT!!!!!!!
